Excellent that you are thinking about seperating your wants from your needs as there is indeed a big difference between the two. Your ability to identify and deal with and/or satisfy both desires will serve you well in your quest to achieve the highest rung of the ski racing "ladder" and also help you become everything you can after your ski racing career is over (most important!)
